Weight Management - Scientific Pillar

Weight management is the key to help decrease the risk of developing many chronic diseases, such as cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes. HAB is investigating how avocados may help increase satiety and their role in maintaining weight or as part of a weight loss plan.
