Prosciutto Wrapped Avocado and Mango with Mint Recipe

Here’s a tasty twist on a classic party favorite. Buy already sliced mangos in the produce section of your grocery store.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe, Fresh Hass Avocado
  • 1⁄2 lemon
  • 1 mango, firm but not hard
  • 4 oz. sliced prosciutto, cut lengthwise into 1-inch strips
  • 16 mint leaves

Instructions:

 

  1. Cut avocado into 16 slices. Squeeze lemon juice over avocado to prevent browning. Peel mango and cut into 16 slices.
  2. Place avocado slices on top of mango slices. Wrap prosciutto strips around center of slices to secure. Garnish each with a mint leaf.
