Avocado Hummus and Turkey Bacon Sandwich Recipe


A hearty sandwich with turkey, bacon, tomato, and a not-so-secret ingredient - avocado hummus.

  • 1 ripe Fresh Hass avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and sliced
  • 8 slices whole grain bread
  • 1⁄2 cup reserved Avocado Hummus
  • 8 strips cooked turkey bacon
  • 1 beef steak tomato, cut into slices
  • 1⁄4 cup alfalfa sprouts (optional)


1.    Spread bread with Avocado Hummus.

2.    Layer each with 2 strips of bacon, 1 to 2 slices of tomato and 2 to 3 slices avocado; top with sprouts and remaining bread slice.
