Can be prepared 1 hour ahead of serving, wrap in plastic wrap to insure freshness.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
About 2 large carrots will yield 1 cup peeled and coarsely shredded carrots. |

We suggest incorporating spinach, lettuce, artichoke hearts, cucumbers, vegetarian deli meat substitutes or slivered tofu in place of the turkey.
