This salsa “with other things” is a good thing when you add jalapenos and chunky avocados!

Ingredients
  • 6 6 6tomatoes, chopped coarsely
  • 2 2 2jalapeño peppers, chopped finely
  • 1 1 1large onion, chopped
  • 1/2 0.5 0.5cup CUP_USVolumechopped or sliced black olives
  • 1/4 0.25 0.25cup CUP_USVolumevinegar (optional: rice vinegar)
  • 1/4 0.25 0.25cup CUP_USVolumechopped garlic
  • 1 1 1bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 1 1 1tsp. TEASPOON_USVolumeor to taste salt
  • 1/4 0.25 0.25cup CUP_USVolumevegetable oil (or olive oil)
  • 2 2 2ripe Fresh California Avocados, chopped
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients at least one hour prior to serving.
