I have made this on my own before seeing this post - what I use is: 1 AVOCADO (HASS) 10R2 GREEN ONIONS BUNCH OF CILANTRO SOME GREEN SALSA SAUCE (HERNDEZ) SOME PICANTE SAUCE (PACE) LEMON OR LIME JUICE (TO TASTE) GARLIC POWDER OR LEMON PEPPER (TO TASTE) USE SMALL PROCESSOR AND ENJOY AS DIP FOR BABY CARROTS OR CELERY OR SOMETIMES CHEESE STICKS... ALSO GOOD ON BAGELS OR IN SANDWICHES WITH LUNCH MEATS... CAN BE USED AS HEALTHY ALTERNATE TO SOUR CREAM BASED DIPS....

Avocado-cilantro bagel spread
I love bagels, but I am from Venezuela and I love arepas (venezuelan dish specially for breakfast) and I use white cheese (mexican) instead of goat cheese and also changed the onion powder for dice red onion, litlle fresh garlic smashed in olive oil!....it was very tasty (muy sabroso).
