Greek Town Hass Avocado Tzatziki Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe, Fresh Hass Avocado, seeded, peeled and chopped
- 1 1/2 cups plain low fat yogurt
- 1/2 English cucumber, seeded and diced
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Refrigerate to allow flavors to blend.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with pita triangles and assorted Mediterranean appetizers or with gyros sandwiches.
