Oven Baked Potato Wedges with Guacamole Recipe

Re-Calculate: Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 3 lbs. Medium Russet potatoes
- 1/2 lb. Butter
- 2 tsp. Garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. Guacamole (recipe follows)
- Guacamole
- Yield: approximately 3 cups
- 7 Ripe medium Fresh California Avocados, seeded and peeled
- 3 Tbsp. Lime or lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Seasoned salt
- 2 tsp. Garlic powder
Instructions:
- Thoroughly wash unpeeled potatoes and cut into small wedges.
- Lay wedges on large baking sheet.
- In a saucepan melt butter and stir in seasonings.
- Generously brush wedges with butter mixture.
- Place in a 425 degree F oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve with Guacamole for dipping.
- Guacamole Preparation
- Coarsely mash avocado leaving some chunks.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix to blend.
