Spicy Chipotle Guacamole Recipe
One of our hotter guacamole recipes, this spicy chipotle guacamole recipe combines the slow burn of chipotle chiles in adobo sauce with sour cream, green onions, cilantro, and of course, Hass Avocados.

Ingredients:
- 4 ripe, Fresh Hass Avocados, seeded and peeled
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2/3 cup chopped fresh tomato
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp. canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce, minced
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
Instructions:
- Coarsely mash the avocados.
- Add all remaining ingredients and mix lightly; serve immediately.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with warm tortilla chips.
* Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
