Avocado Salsa Recipe

Re-Calculate: Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup bottled lemon juice
- 1 medium jalapeņo pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 ripe, Hass Avocado from Mexico, peeled and chopped
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, green onion, lemon juice, jalapeņo pepper, and garlic.
- Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
- Add avocado and cilantro just before serving.
- Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature with grilled chicken.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.

I usually add more cilantro but this recipe is great.
