Re-Calculate: Ingredients

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup lemon-flavored vodka
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. simple syrup
  • ripe, Fresh Hass Avocado pearls* - as needed for garnish
  • 1 jicama wedge - as needed for garnish
Instructions:
  1. *To make avocado pearls, use a small melon scoop
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine ingredients. Shake vigorously; strain into a martini glass.
  3. Garnish with Fresh Hass Avocado pearls and jicama wedge.
