Sweet Orange and Hass Avocado Salsa Recipe

Fresh oranges pair with Hass Avocados for a pretty, sweet citrus salsa with a little kick from red jalapeños.

Ingredients:
  • 3 firm-ripe, Fresh Hass Avocados, seeded, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 sweet, seedless orange such as navel, juice only
  • 2 1/2 sweet, seedless oranges such as navel, peel and pith removed, diced
  • 2 small red jalapeño peppers, seeded if desired, minced
  • 1 green onion, diced
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Instructions:
  1. In a medium bowl, gently combine diced avocado and orange juice.
  2. Gently fold in remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
