Singapore Avocado Shake Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe, Fresh Hass Avocado, seeded and peeled
- 1 2/3 oz. whole milk
- 3/4 tsp. granulated sugar
- 1 1/3 oz. ice, crushed
- Dash salt
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients into a blender and puree to a smooth and slushy shake consistency.
Serving Suggestions:
Garnish with a cocktail umbrella.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
