Baked Seafood Stuffed Avocados Recipe

Ingredients:
- 4 ripe, Fresh Hass Avocados
- 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cooked crab meat or imitation crab
- 1 (8-oz.) pkg. scallops, cooked
- Garlic salt, to taste
- Shredded Parmesan cheese, for topping
- Mayonnaise, to desired amount
Instructions:
- Slice an avocado in half. Slice into the avocado (and not through the shell) bite sized squares. Place the avocado halves on aluminum foil in such a way that they will not tip over. (bunch the aluminum if need be.)
- Mix together cooked crab meat, cooked and diced scallops and mayo. (may like to add light bit of garlic salt.) Place a mound of the mixture generously on top of the avocados and top with shredded parmesan cheese. Cook in a 300 degree oven until warm and serve immediately.
* Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
