Championship Guacamole Recipe

Ingredients:
- 4 ripe, Fresh Hass Avocados, seeded, peeled and diced
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. chile powder
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 tsp. Louisiana-style hot sauce
- 4 tomatoes, diced
Instructions:
- Place avocados in a medium bowl. Add lemon juice, chile powder, garlic, cumin, salt, pepper and hot sauce. Using a fork, mix together while partially mashing the avocado.
- Add tomatoes and stir to combine.
