Ingredients:
- 1 (6-oz.) pkg. Greek-style nonfat yogurt, honey or vanilla flavor
- 1/2 ripe, Fresh Hass Avocado, seeded and peeled
- 1/4 honeydew melon, peeled, seeded and cubed
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Cinnamon, optional
Instructions:
- Place yogurt, avocado, honeydew and honey in a blender in the order listed. With the blender on the smoothie or puree setting, blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes to the blender and blend again. (Use the ice crush setting if available.)
- Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
