  • 6 6 6large lettuce leaves
  • 2 2 2fully ripened Avocados from Mexico, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 .25 .25cup CUP_USVolumefinely chopped onion
Cranberry Mustard
  • 1/4 .25 .25cup CUP_USVolumeDijon mustard
  • 2/3 .66 .66cup CUP_USVolumewhole berry cranberry sauce
Instructions
  1. Spread Cranberry Mustard on tortillas, dividing equally.
  2. Place turkey slices on tortillas, dividing equally; cover with lettuce, top with avocado slices and sprinkle with onion; season with salt, if desired.
  3. Fold both sides and bottom of each tortilla over filling; roll to close.
  4. To serve: cut each tortilla in half crosswise or in 2-inch slices crosswise; arrange on a serving platter.
Cranberry Mustard
  1. Combine 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard and 2/3 cup whole berry cranberry sauce and chill.
