California Tuna Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 3/4 .75 .75cup CUP_USVolumeCalifornia Guacamole
- 1 1 1oz. OUNCE_USVolume(6-oz.) can water-packed tuna, drained
- 1 1/2 1.5 1.5cups CUP_USVolumediced celery
- 1 1/2 1.5 1.5cups CUP_USVolumediced onion
- 6 6 6pita pocket breads
- 6 6 6leaves romaine lettuce
- 1/4 .25 .25radish, sliced
Instructions
- Prepare California Guacamole according to recipe.
- Lightly toast pita pockets and cut in half. Fill each half with the tuna mixture and 1/2 lettuce leaf.
- In a bowl, combine Guacamole, tuna, celery, and onion and mix well.
- Garnish with radish slices.

Avocado reciepe
I added chopped garlic & chopped tomato and left out the radish. we put it on a toasted hard roll or english muffin if you know anyone who can get them. ha ha! Pam & Dick
