- 6 6 6ripe, Fresh Hass Avocados, seeded and peeled
- 1/2 .5 .5onion, chopped
- 1 1 1large garlic clove, crushed
- 1 1 1small tomato, diced
- 6 6 6oz. OUNCE_USVolumeMonterey Jack cheese, grated
- 2 2 2green chiles, diced
- 1/3 .33 .33cup CUP_USVolumefresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 3 3 3Tbsp. TABLESPOON_USVolumefresh lime juice
- 1 1 1tsp. TEASPOON_USVolumeseasoned salt
- In a large mixing bowl, coarsely mash avocados, leaving some chunks.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix to blend.
* Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
