Re-Calculate: Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 6 6 6ripe, Fresh Hass Avocados, seeded and peeled
  • 1/2 .5 .5onion, chopped
  • 1 1 1large garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 1 1small tomato, diced
  • 6 6 6oz. OUNCE_USVolumeMonterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 2 2 2green chiles, diced
  • 1/3 .33 .33cup CUP_USVolumefresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 3 3 3Tbsp. TABLESPOON_USVolumefresh lime juice
  • 1 1 1tsp. TEASPOON_USVolumeseasoned salt
Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, coarsely mash avocados, leaving some chunks.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix to blend.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with crisp tortilla chips.
Beverage Pairings:
Excellent with ice cold beer.
To store Guacamole, place a piece of plastic wrap directly on the surface of the Guacamole and refrigerate.

* Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
