Ingredients
- 15 15 15Ripe medium Fresh California Avocados, seeded, and peeled
- 4 4 4Garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/3 0.33 0.33cup CUP_USVolume Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 0.5 0.5cup CUP_USVolumeFresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 1 1Tbsp. TABLESPOON_USVolumeSalt
- 1/2 0.5 0.5cup CUP_USVolumeSour cream
- 1/2 0.5 0.5cup CUP_USVolumeMayonnaise
- 2 2 2tsp. TEASPOON_USVolumeTobasco sauce
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, coarsely mash avocados, leaving some chunks.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix to blend.
- Note: To store Guacamole, place a piece of plastic wrap directly on the surface of the Guacamole and refrigerate.
