  • 1 1 1Fresh California Avocado, diced
  • 1 1 1twelve-inch purchased, baked pizza bread shell
  • 1 1 1Tbsp. TABLESPOON_USVolumeolive oil (+ as needed)
  • 6 6 6cloves garlic, chopped finely
  • 1/2 0.5 0.5cup CUP_USVolumecorn kernels, fresh or canned
  • 1/2 0.5 0.5cup CUP_USVolumetomatillo or tomato salsa
  • 1/2 0.5 0.5cup CUP_USVolumethinly sliced green onion
  • 1/4 0.25 0.25cup CUP_USVolumechopped Anaheim chile
  • 1/4 0.25 0.25cup CUP_USVolumered bell pepper
  • 1 1 1cup CUP_USVolumeFeta cheese
  • 1 1 1Tbsp. TABLESPOON_USVolumechopped, fresh oregano, or 1 teaspoon dried
Instructions
  1. Gently toss avocado with lemon juice. Reserve.
  2. Brush pizza bread shell with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic.
  3. Spread salsa over shell.
  4. Sprinkle with corn, green onion, Anaheim chile, bell pepper, avocado, cheese and oregano.
  5. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  6. Bake at 450 degrees F until cheese is lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
