Re-Calculate: Ingredients
- 3 3 3cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 0.5 0.5cup CUP_USVolume unsalted butter, divided
- 1/2 0.5 0.5cup CUP_USVolumewhipping cream
- 1/2 0.5 0.5tsp. TEASPOON_USVolumeorange zest finely chopped
- 2 2 2Tbsp. TABLESPOON_USVolumeorange juice
- 1 1 1Tbsp. TABLESPOON_USVolumelime juice
- 1 1 1Tbsp. TABLESPOON_USVolumelemon juice
- 1 1 1large Fresh California Avocado, pureed
- 1/4 0.25 0.25tsp. TEASPOON_USVolumesalt (+ as needed)
- 6 6 6(about 6 oz each) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- Black pepper
- 6 6 6slices each lemon, lime, and orange
- Sauté garlic in a small amount of butter until soft but not colored, about 2 minutes.
- Stir in cream.
- Heat to a simmer, stirring frequently; do not boil.
- Stir in orange zest, juices, avocado, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Keep warm.
- Melt remaining butter.
- Brush chicken with butter.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Bake at 450 degrees F until chicken is browned and just firm to the touch, about 15 minutes.
- Serve each breast with avocado sauce, garnish with a slice of each citrus fruit.
