- 2 2 2ripe, Fresh Hass Avocados, seeded, peeled and diced
- 1 1 1large ripe tomato, diced
- 1/4 0.25 0.25cup CUP_USVolumefinely chopped red onion
- 2 2 2cloves garlic, minced
- 2 2 2Tbsp. TABLESPOON_USVolumechopped fresh cilantro
- 1 1 1large lime, juice only
- 1/2 0.5 0.5tsp. TEASPOON_USVolume ground cumin
- 1/4 0.25 0.25tsp. TEASPOON_USVolumefreshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 0.25 0.25tsp. TEASPOON_USVolumesalt
- In medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Toss well and maintain chunky consistency.
