- 2 2 2jalapeño peppers, chopped finely
- 1 1 1large onion, chopped
- 1/2 0.5 0.5cup CUP_USVolumechopped or sliced black olives
- 1/4 0.25 0.25cup CUP_USVolumevinegar (optional: rice vinegar)
- 1/4 0.25 0.25cup CUP_USVolumechopped garlic
- 1 1 1bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1 1 1tsp. TEASPOON_USVolumeor to taste salt
- 1/4 0.25 0.25cup CUP_USVolumevegetable oil (or olive oil)
- 2 2 2ripe Fresh California Avocados, chopped
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients at least one hour prior to serving.
