Re-Calculate: Ingredients
- 1 1 1ripe, Fresh Hass Avocado, seeded, peeled and cut in ½- inch dice
- 1 1 1ripe mango, cut in ½- inch dice
- 1 1 1ripe papaya (strawberry, if possible), cut in ½- inch dice
- 1/4 0.25 0.25cup CUP_USVolumediced sweet red peppers
- 1/4 0.25 0.25cup CUP_USVolumediced yellow peppers
- 1 1 1Tbsp. TABLESPOON_USVolumeminced jalapeño
- 1 1 1Tbsp. TABLESPOON_USVolumechopped cilantro
- 1 1 1lime, juice only
- Mix all ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
