Ingredients
  • 1 1 1medium Hass Avocado, sliced
  • 3 3 3oz. OUNCE_USVolumemozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 1 1 1large yellow tomato, sliced
  • 1 1 1Tbsp. TABLESPOON_USVolumevirgin olive oil
  • 3 3 3leaves basil, chopped
  • 1 1 1tsp. TEASPOON_USVolumewhite wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Arrange the sliced tomato, mozzarella and avocado so that the colors alternate green, white and yellow around in a circle on the plate.
  2. Mix the oil, vinegar, basil, salt and pepper and drizzle over the salad.
