- 2 2 2large Hass Avocados, ripe
- 1/2 0.5 0.5cup CUP_USVolumeroma tomato, diced
- 1/2 0.5 0.5cup CUP_USVolumered onion, minced
- 2 2 2Tbsp. TABLESPOON_USVolumeorange juice
- 2 2 2Tbsp. TABLESPOON_USVolumecilantro, coarsely chopped
- 1 1/2 1.5 1.5tsp. TEASPOON_USVolumeserrano chiles, minced
- 2 2 2tsp. TEASPOON_USVolumelime juice
- 3/4 0.75 0.75tsp. TEASPOON_USVolumeseasoned salt
- Cut the avocados in half; remove the seeds.
- Carefully remove flesh from the skin with a spoon.
- Cut avocados into 1/2 inch chunks.
- Place avocado chunks in bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Mix well with rubber spatula.
- Serve immediately with thick tortilla chips.
