Re-Calculate: Ingredients
- 2 2 2medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 0.5 0.5cup CUP_USVolumegreen onions, sliced
- 1/4 0.25 0.25cup CUP_USVolumebottled lemon juice
- 1 1 1medium jalapeņo pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 2 2cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 1 1ripe, Hass Avocado from Mexico, peeled and chopped
- 2 2 2Tbsp. TABLESPOON_USVolumefresh cilantro, chopped
- In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, green onion, lemon juice, jalapeņo pepper, and garlic.
- Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
- Add avocado and cilantro just before serving.
- Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature with grilled chicken.

Great Recipe!
I usually add more cilantro but this recipe is great.
