- 2 2 2ripe, Chilean Hass Avocados, seeded and peeled
- 1/2 0.5 0.5cup CUP_USVolumesalsa verde
- 3 3 3Tbsp. TABLESPOON_USVolumechopped fresh cilantro or parsley leaves
- 1 1 1jalapeņo, seeded and deveined, finely chopped
- 1 1 1tsp. TEASPOON_USVolumecoarse garlic salt
- 2/3 0.66 0.66cup CUP_USVolumedried cranberries soaked in hot water, drained and squeezed dry
- Coarsely mash avocados.
- Fold in remaining ingredients and serve.
Guacamole is best made as close to serving as possible. For short-term storage, seal in an airtight container with a piece of plastic wrap against the surface of the guacamole.
