- 4 4 4Anaheim chilies
- 4 4 4Hass Avocados, peeled and pitted
- 6 6 6key limes, juiced
- 2 2 2cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 1 1tsp. TEASPOON_USVolumeground cumin
- 1 1 1lg. tomato, diced small
- 1/2 0.5 0.5cup CUP_USVolumesweet onion, diced small
- 1/4 0.25 0.25cup CUP_USVolumecilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Char chilies on all sides by placing them directly on the stove burner.
- Place them in a bowl and cover the bowl with plastic wrap.
- When cool enough to handle, peel the skin and discard with stem.
- Take out all the seeds and finely dice the chilies.
- Place the avocados in a large bowl and mash.
- Stir in lime juice.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve with chips.
