Prosciutto Wrapped Avocado and Mango with Mint Recipe
Here’s a tasty twist on a classic party favorite. Buy already sliced mangos in the produce section of your grocery store.

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe, Fresh Hass Avocado
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 mango, firm but not hard
- 4 oz. sliced prosciutto, cut lengthwise into 1-inch strips
- 16 mint leaves
Instructions:
- Cut avocado into 16 slices. Squeeze lemon juice over avocado to prevent browning. Peel mango and cut into 16 slices.
- Place avocado slices on top of mango slices. Wrap prosciutto strips around center of slices to secure. Garnish each with a mint leaf.
