Re-Calculate: Ingredients
- 4 4 4ripe, Fresh Hass Avocados, seeded, peeled and diced
- 2 2 2medium tomatoes, diced
- 2 2 2jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely diced
- 1/2 .5 .5(15-oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 4 4 4green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 2 2limes, juiced
- 1/2 .5 .5cup CUP_USVolumeshredded low-fat cheddar cheese
- 1 1 1tsp. TEASPOON_USVolumegarlic salt
- Place half the avocado in a medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine, somewhat mashing the avocado.
- Gently stir in remaining avocado. Chill until ready to serve.

Tip: If a smoother guacamole is preferred, add all the Hass Avocado in step 1. If a chunkier guacamole is what you like, add all the Hass Avocado at the end and gently stir in.

Yummy!
I tried this recipe for the football party we went to yesterday, and it was a big hit! The only thing I changed/added was fresh diced cilantro - a personal favorite herb of mine. From a Kansas City fan - Thanks!
