ripe, fresh Hass avocados
halved, pitted, and diced

orange juice

fresh lime juice

cubed watermelon
1-inch cubes

cubed cantaloupe
1-inch cubes

cubed honeydew
1-inch cubes

strawberries or mango
sliced

sweet red, yellow or orange bell peppers
diced

cucumbers
diced
Instructions 
  1. Purée avocado, orange juice, lime juice and honey in a blender until smooth. Stir in tajin spice; set aside.  
  2. Combine fruit, cucumbers and peppers in large serving bowl. Pour dressing over salad mixture, toss gently to coat.
