Ingredients
Avocado Kale Mixture

large ripe, fresh Hass avocado
halved, pitted and peeled

banana
1
cup
baby kale leaves
1/2
cup
cup coconut water
1
tsp.
lime juice
optional
Strawberry Banana Mixture
1
cup
strawberries
trimmed
1/2
banana
1/2
cup
coconut water
2
Tbsp.
chia seeds
1
tsp.
lime juice
optional
Toppings (optional)
Granola
Flaked coconut
Sliced strawberries
Instructions 
  1. Strawberry Banana Mixture: Combine strawberries, banana, coconut water, chia seeds and lime juice, in blender and puree until smooth. Refrigerate until chilled and thickened, at least 30 minutes.
  2. Avocado Kale Mixture: In clean blender, combine baby kale, avocado, banana, coconut water and lime juice and puree until smooth. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 30 minutes.
  3. Pour Strawberry Banana mixture on one side of serving bowl and Avocado Kale mixture on other side of serving bowl.
  4. Top with fresh coconut.
Serving Suggestions: 

Top with granola, flaked coconut and sliced strawberries
